House Rules
- Minimum age: guests must be at least 21 years old to book or stay
- Maximum occupancy: 12 guests. Day visitors count toward this limit
- Pets: pets are not permitted at this property. An unauthorized or undisclosed pet results in a $500 fee
- Smoking: smoke-free throughout, including outdoors. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $500 fine
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Events and gatherings: more than 12 people requires prior written approval
- Plumbing: the property is on a septic system — only toilet paper down the toilets
Good to Know
- Gas fireplaces and gas fire features run October through March and are switched off April through September
- The wood-burning firepit is available year-round. Starter firewood is provided when available; additional firewood is sold at nearby gas stations
- Trash collection is Monday, Wednesday and Friday — please use the street bins

Can we still use the pool after Labor Day?
Yes. The pool is available year round. Heating is an optional add-on at $75 per night, which you can request when you book. For safety reasons guests cannot adjust the pool equipment themselves.
Is the pool finished, or still being installed?
It is finished and in service. It is professionally cleaned and tested every Tuesday and Friday.
Is there a grill, and is it gas or charcoal?
Gas. It sits off the laundry room and runs off the home’s propane line, so there is no tank to change. Turn on the timer, then press the ignitor.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, 10 PM to 8 AM.
Can we check in early?
Not when there is a guest arriving or leaving the same day, as our cleaning team needs the full turnover window. Otherwise just ask in advance and we will check with them.
Can we add a night to our stay?
Message us and we will check the calendar.
You have expanded the sleeping arrangements. How many rooms now, and does it cost more?
The room count has not changed. We added beds rather than rooms, so the cabin now sleeps up to 12 across the same three bedrooms. There is no extra charge for the additional guests.
What is the QR code for, and do I need to enter card details?
It opens the digital guest book, which has the house information and local recommendations. No card details are needed.
What coffee maker is in the kitchen, and is more creamer provided?
A Keurig. We leave a starter set of coffee and a few creamers to get you going, though it is a starter set rather than a full supply for the stay. The kitchen also has an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and blender.
Do you offer concierge services?
We work with Southern Belle Concierge, an independent local service. They offer grocery stocking, s’mores kits, charcuterie, firewood bundles and baby-item rentals. They set their own pricing and you arrange it with them directly, and we are happy to connect you.
Does every bedroom have its own bathroom?
Two of the three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. The room with two queen beds uses the bathroom directly next to it in the hall.
