🎉 Events & Gatherings
Total guests and visitors on the property at any time may not exceed 30. Day visitors and non-overnight guests are welcome as part of that 30-person limit and do not require prior approval.
Events, parties, or gatherings involving more than 30 total people require prior written approval from the Property Manager; additional fees may apply and larger events may require a separate agreement or waiver.
Check-In and Checkout
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM Central Time
- Checkout is no later than 10:00 AM Central Time
- Self check-in with a smart lock
- Early check-in and late checkout depend on the cleaning schedule and are not guaranteed. No fee applies — just ask in advance
Pool Heating
- Pool heating is available year round at $100 per night, heated to 85°F
- Please request heating at least 48 hours in advance so the water has time to reach temperature
- The heater reaches roughly 30°F above the outside air temperature, which is worth knowing in the coldest months
- Guests cannot adjust the pool equipment. Doing so risks a $500 fine
- The pool is professionally cleaned every Tuesday and Friday
- Plastic glassware only in the pool and hot tub area
Pet Policy
- Dogs are welcome. Eligible dogs are approved automatically when you book — no advance request needed
- Maximum two dogs, each under 30 lbs, potty-trained, and at least 12 months old
- Pet fee is $300 per visit
- Dogs cannot swim in the pool or hot tub
- We are not able to accommodate cats
- An unauthorized or undisclosed pet results in a $500 fee
House Rules
- Minimum age: guests must be at least 21 years old to book or stay
- Maximum occupancy: 30 guests. Day visitors count toward this limit
- Events and gatherings: up to 30 people needs no approval; more than 30 requires prior written approval and additional fees may apply
- Smoking: smoke-free throughout, including outdoors. $500 fine
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Plumbing: only toilet paper down the toilets
- Gas fire logs: please do not move or rearrange them — $300 fine
Good to Know
- Gas fireplaces and gas fire features run October through March and are switched off April through September
- The wood-burning firepit is available year-round. Firewood is not provided — starter packs are sold at nearby gas stations
- Access roads are gravel, so please drive slowly, especially at night or in rain
- Trash collection is Monday, Wednesday and Friday — please use the street bins

Are there clubs for the golf simulator?
Yes. There is an adult set and a kids set, both at the property.
Is propane provided for the grill, or do we bring it?
Nothing to bring. Propane is permanently connected to the house, so the grill will never run out mid-stay.
Is there filtered water?
There is no plumbed filter, but we provide Brita filter pitchers in the refrigerators.
Are there baby gates for the stairs?
Not at the moment. Please bring your own if you need them. The pool is fenced, though the yard is not.
How many cribs are there? Should we bring a pack-n-play?
There is one crib, in the nursery off the primary suite, alongside a twin bunk bed. There is no pack-n-play at this property, so bring one if you need a second sleeping spot for a baby.
Is there room to park an RV?
Yes, there is plenty of space to park an RV. We do not have electrical hookups for one.
Are there exceptions to the 30 lb pet limit?
No. Dogs are welcome up to two, each under 30 lbs, house-trained and at least 12 months old. The pet fee is $300 per visit. Dogs cannot swim in the pool or hot tub, and we are not able to accommodate cats. Please contact us before booking so we can approve your dog.
